Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Custom or handmade knives may require 3–7 business days for processing.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking details.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • Express Shipping (if available): 3–5 business days

🌍 International Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 7–15 business days (depending on location)

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your country.

Please note: Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or courier delays.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package directly through the courier’s website.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Banff Cutlery is not responsible for delays caused by customs.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:
