How to Apply
Interested in becoming an authorized Banff Cutlery Dealer? Simply follow these steps:
- Complete the Application Form: Fill out our Wholesale Application Form with your business details.
- Review & Approval: Our team will review your application within 3–5 business days.
- Account Setup: Once approved, you will receive your dealer account credentials with access to wholesale pricing and order placement.
- Start Selling: Begin offering premium Banff Cutlery products to your customers!
Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility:
- Applicants must be a legally registered business entity with a valid business license and tax identification number.
- Proof of business legitimacy may be required during the application process.
2. Pricing & Payments:
- Wholesale prices are strictly confidential and are provided to authorized dealers only.
- All payments must be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other approved payment methods.
- Payment terms are Net 40, unless otherwise specified and agreed upon in writing.
3. Minimum Order Requirements:
- A minimum order value of $500 per transaction applies for wholesale orders.
- Custom orders may have higher minimum requirements, which will be specified during order negotiations.
4. Shipping & Delivery:
- Orders are processed and shipped within Time Frame commitment after payment confirmation.
- Shipping costs are calculated based on order size, weight, and destination.
- International shipping is available; however, import duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
5. Returns & Exchanges:
- All claims for damaged or defective products must be made within 7 days of receipt.
- Returns are accepted only for unused and unopened products.
- Custom and engraved orders are non-refundable.
6. Branding & Marketing:
- Authorized dealers are permitted to use Banff Cutlery’s branding, logos, and promotional materials for marketing purposes.
- Any modification of brand assets must be approved in writing by Banff Cutlery.
7. Termination of Agreement:
- Banff Cutlery reserves the right to terminate dealership agreements if the dealer fails to comply with the terms and conditions.
- Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice.
8. Confidentiality:
- Dealers agree to keep all pricing, sales strategies, and proprietary information confidential.
- Breach of confidentiality may result in immediate termination of the agreement.
